Almost one in five Britons say their personal financial situation has improved in the last three months - the joint highest figure since 2010, according to an ITV News poll.
In the ITV News Index carried out by ComRes, 17% of respondents said that their personal finances had recently got better.
However, 50% said they did not expect their personal financial situation to improve this year.

It comes as 22 charities signed an open letter vowing to improve safeguarding, and apologising for 'failures' in the sector.
