Weather: Milder but shrouded in cloud

Unseasonably mild air will be drawn on from the near Atlantic by the early hours - so no issues with morning frost but low, misty cloud will mean grey skies into tomorrow with hill fog and poor visibility.

It'll be dull and damp for most with more rain on and off through western regions before skies brighten up through Northern Ireland.

It'll be remarkably mild for the time of year with temperatures above average for mid-January.
