Labour MEP candidate Del Singh, who was killed in a suicide attack in Kabul, was a talented and young activist with his whole future ahead of him, an MEP has said.

Mr Singh was a committed Labour activist and had campaigned for the party at every election since 1992.
Earlier, Labour leader Ed Miliband condemned the "deplorable and tragic" act of terrorism which killed Mr Singh and Simon Chase.
