A YouTube video has emerged of committed campaigner Del Singh who died in a bomb attack in Kabul in which he talks about working in a number of war torn countries.
In the video, which he posted in June Last year, he talks about his experience managing EU and UN projects in post-conflict countries, including Afghanistan, Palestine, Libya and Sierra Leone.
He said: "[My] experience includes over 10 years working in international development including working for the European Union, for the UN and for Department for International Development (DFID) in places such as Kosovo, Afghanistan, Sierra Leone and Sudan."
