Truce shattered as sniper fire breaks out in Ukraine

A so-called truce between police and demonstrators was short-lived as violent clashes involving sniper fire broke out on the streets of Kiev.

Twenty-one people have been killed today with the opposition claiming that those killed were shot by snipers.
