Newcastle fine Alan Pardew £100,000 after 'head-butt'

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has been fined £100,000 and received a formal warning from the club in relation to his behaviour at Hull, the north-east club have announced.

The club said they are "disappointed with the actions of its manager."

In a statement the club said: "His behaviour was unacceptable and is not the behaviour we expect from the manager of Newcastle United."
