Alan Pardew charged with improper conduct by FA

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has been charged by the FA with improper conduct after headbutting a Hull City player.

The FA said it was a "non-standard case" because of its "serious, violent and/or aggressive nature."

Pardew has until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.

Newcastle manager Alan Pardew has been charged by the FA with improper conduct after headbutting a Hull City player during their Premier League match on Saturday. He has already been fined £100,000 and received a formal warning from his club
