Confirming the death of four people in a helicopter crash in Gillingham, near Beccles, Norfolk, police said all four occupants on board the helicopter were pronounced dead at the scene, and next of kin have been informed.
No further details of the deceased have yet been released.
Officers received the first call relating to the incident at about 7.30pm from a member of the public who reported hearing the noise of a loud crash, a statement from Norfolk Police said.
A police helicopter helped to locate the crash site "ina field containing some wooded area."
