Virgin Media 'investigating' group email error

Virgin Media has told its customers it is "investigating" what went wrong after they were able to "reply all" to a group message.

Virgin Media apologises after customers spammed

Virgin Media customers said they are being spammed with "hundreds" of emails after a group message error. The company said "no further emails are able to be sent in this manner".
