Boy, 15, remanded in custody over 'break-in murder'

A 15-year-old boy has been remanded in custody accused of the murder of a man who died during a break-in. The victim, believed to be Martin Thomas, was found at an address in south London on Tuesday. A 17-year-old boy has been released on bail.

Boy, 15, remanded in custody over 'break-in murder'

A boy appeared in court today accused of the murder of a man who died during a break-in.

The 15 year old was remanded in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, Scotland Yard said.

Although formal identification is yet to take place, police believe the dead man to be Martin Thomas, 39, of Roehampton in southwest London.

He was found with serious injuries by police and paramedics at a property on Tuesday evening.
