A boy appeared in court today accused of the murder of a man who died during a break-in.
The 15 year old was remanded in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court to appear at the Old Bailey on Tuesday, Scotland Yard said.
Although formal identification is yet to take place, police believe the dead man to be Martin Thomas, 39, of Roehampton in southwest London.
He was found with serious injuries by police and paramedics at a property on Tuesday evening.
