Former Premiership footballer Nile Ranger is being sought by police in connection with an alleged assault on a woman and criminal damage at a block of flats.
The ex-Newcastle United striker - who now plays for Swindon Town in League One - has been reported to police by both a building management company and the Sunday Mirror, which reported that it had been given CCTV footage of the alleged incident, taken by a camera outside the flats.
It allegedly shows the 23-year-old footballer punching a woman and trying to repeatedly barge and kick the door to the flats in Gordon Gardens, Swindon, Wiltshire on April 13.
