Ukraine's eastern city of Luhansk has had a series of administrative buildings seized today by armed separatists, including the regional government headquarters and the police headquarters.
It comes as Russian President Vladimir Putin responds to US and EU sanctions with warnings of sanctions of his own if the West don't retract theirs.
