A boy charged with the murder of schoolteacher Ann Maguire will first appear at Leeds Youth Court tomorrow and at Leeds Crown Court for a bail hearing on Friday 2 May
The 15-year-old will appear following the death of the teacher at Corpus Christi Catholic College on Monday.
Peter Mann, Head of the Crown Prosecution Service West and North Yorkshire Complex Casework Unit, said Mrs Maguire's family had been informed of the decision to charge the boy and "will be offered a meeting to explain the trial process and answer any questions they may have".
