A terminally-ill teenager who broke all records on fundraising website JustGiving by persuading the public to donate over £3.1 million has said "everything went well" in his operation.
Stephen Sutton, 19, who has incurable bowel cancer, had set out to raise £10,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
