Over 1,000 people are expected to turn out for the funeral of Sue Townsend, the author of the Adrian Mole books.
Townsend died aged 68 following a stroke on April 10th.
Actor Tony Howes will read an extract from one of the Adrian Mole novels at the service and there will also be a reading from Stephen Mangan, who played Adrian in a 2001 television adaptation.
