Ukraine 'categorically rejects' breaking Geneva Accord

Ukraine has categorically rejected Russian attempts to blame Kiev for breaking the Geneva Accord, the country's foreign ministry said in a statement, adding that Russia had taken not steps to de-escalate situation.

The ministry added that Moscow supported in many ways "terrorist" groups in eastern Ukraine, putting civilians in danger.
