Ukraine operation 'final blow for Geneva Accord'

Ukraine's "punitive" operation in the south east of the country, has killed the final hope to keep the Geneva Accord alive, the spokesman of Russia's President Vladimir Putin said.

According to Russian state news agency Voice of Russia, the spokesman added that President Putin will send his representative to south east Ukraine for talks.
