President: Kidnapped girls 'still in Nigeria'

Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan said he believes 234 girls kidnapped by an Islamic militant group are still in Nigeria and have not been moved to Cameroon as has been suggested.

"There are stories that they have moved them outside of the country. But if they move that number of girls to Cameroon, people will see, so I believe they are still in Nigeria," Jonathan told reports in the capital, Abuja.
