The attorney for Chris Brown has said that he would expect his client to be out of jail despite a judge sentencing the R&B singer to a year in jail.
Mark Geragos said: "Well I would expect that Chris should be out of jail before the weekend is up or before Monday. If he isn't out by Monday then I would expect that he's getting special treatment."
