Manchester City will celebrate their Premier League title win with an open top bus parade today.
A comfortable 2-0 win over West Ham ensured City finished two points above Liverpool to claim their second Premier League title in three years.
A bus will take the team from Albert Square on a one-mile route through the city centre with thousands of fans expected to attend the event.
The club will also mark their Capital One Cup success during the celebrations.
