Highs of 20C a sign of things to come

Mist and shallow fog patches will develop across the north and the west as the night goes on, though they should clear by dawn.

Falling temperatures mean quite a chilly night, especially in Scotland, where there may be some frost.

It will be largely fine and bright tomorrow morning, the glitch will be some cloud cover through the north west of Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Some light, patchy rain will work its way from east to west as sunshine turns hazy in the north later in the day. although the south should see some lovely blue skies.

Highs of 19C or 20C tomorrow are a sign of things to come, with highs of up to 24C in the south-east expected over the next few days.
