Two generations of the same family fondly remembered Spanish teacher Ann Maguire ahead of her funeral later today.
Mum Kathleen first met Mrs Maguire when she began Corpus Christi Catholic College at the age of 11.
Her 26-year-old son Michael told Good Morning Britain he became a teacher because of "Mrs Maguire's influence" and Kathleen's 19-year-old daughter Siobhan said the Spanish teacher gave her "self belief".

Police said the child, who was without a driving licence, was trying to make his way 2,500 miles from the east coast to Perth.
The 24-year-old was charged with 14 counts of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and one count of throwing a corrosive fluid.
