Hero cat to 'throw' first pitch at baseball game

The hero cat hailed around the world for saving a four-year-old boy as he was being attacked by his neighbour's dog has been given the honour of "throwing" the first pitch at a baseball game.

Locals in Bakersfield, California are keen to give feisty feline Tara a hero's welcome at the local ball game after her brave deed was captured on a CCTV clip that has now gone viral.
