Police say Isidro Garcia was dating the mother of a girl he kidnapped and held for ten years in a house in Compton, south Los Angles.
He lived with the family in 2004 when the girl, now 25, was 15. He then drugged her and drove her to the house, then locked her in a garage, they said.
The woman said he used physical and emotional abuse to prevent her from fleeing and forced her into marriage in 2007. The pair had a child in 2012.
She contacted police after finding her sister on Facebook.
