Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has condemned an attack in front of the Jewish Museum in Brussels which left three people dead. In a statement he said: "This act of murder is the result of constant incitement against Jews and their state."

The announcement came a day after a famine was declared in two areas of South Sudan following three years of civil war and severe inflation.
