A 34-year-old man has been charged relating to allegations of kidnap and sexual abuse of three children as young as eight.
The man, who has not been named by police, is charged with one count of kidnap, two counts of sexual assault against two children, and one count of attempted sexual assault against a third child.
The alleged offences took place between February and May in residential streets in Leicester.
They involved two 12-year-old boys and an eight-year-old boy, Leicester Police said.
The man will appear at Leicester Magistrates' Court today.
