One woman and two men killed in Jim Clark Rally crash

ITV News Scotland Correspondent Debi Edward reports that one woman and three men were involved in fatal crash during the Scottish Borders rally in which three people were killed. None of the drivers suffered injuries in the crashes, police said tonight.
