The brother of Clifford Clarke, 79, who was mauled to death by his neighbours' mistreated dog, expressed sympathy for the two women who were jailed over the attack today.
Speaking outside court, Kenny Clarke told reporters he had been talking to the parents of Hayley Sulley, 30 and Della Woods, 29, and said that the women's children would now be "left without a mother" after the pair were handed 12-month jail terms.
