Two men held on suspicion of terrorism at Dover

Two men have been arrested at Dover on suspicion of terror offences, Scotland Yard said.

The pair, aged 26 and 44, were held yesterday at around 11pm by officers from the Met's Counter Terrorism Command.

They were arrested on suspicion of the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism and are being questioned at a police station in south London.

Two addresses in west London and one in Hertfordshire are being searched as part of the investigation.
