RCMP Constable Damien Theriault held an emotional news conference following the deaths of three of his colleagues at the hands of a fugitive gunman in the Canadian city of Moncton, New Brunswick.
He told reporters the suspected shooter is still believed to be in the Pinehurst area of the city and urged residents to stay inside.
