England stars face Miami heat in final warm-up

England's footballers are set to come up against searing heat in Miami today as they play their final friendly before the World Cup in Brazil.

The temperature in Miami currently stands at 32C (90F), compared to 30C (86F) in the Amazonian city of Manaus, where the Three Lions will play their opening game of the tournament.

However, perhaps of more concern to Roy Hodgson will be the humidity - currently at 62% in Miami, compared to 70% in Manaus.

Humidity levels in Manaus can regularly rise above 99% in a typical June.
