'World Cup Problems' account opens on Twitter

A World Cup problems account has been opened on Twitter, aggregating images of unfinished building work and general problems surrounding stadiums that are to used during the tournament.

There has been widespread concern that stadiums were not going to be completed before the start of the 2014 Fifa World Cup.

The idea is taken from the popular #SochiProblems hashtag, which highlighted issues surrounding the 2014 Sochi Winter Games in Russia.
