Graphic images advertise ISIS victory over Iraqi Army

Some residents are now returning to Mosul after it was captured by ISIS militants last week.

As ITV Senior International Correspondent John Irvine reports, ISIS has been advertising its victory over the Iraqi Army by releasing unverified graphic photographs of soldiers who surrendered - only to be executed.
