Spanish police arrest eight in 'ISIS cell' after dawn raids

Spanish police have arrested eight people in Madrid on suspicion of recruiting militants to fight in Syria and Iraq, according to the BBC.

Police suspect the cell of trying to send jihadists to join the militant group ISIS - the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant.
