Estonia & UK 'have some differences' on EU leadership

The Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas has said that he does agree with David Cameron on the future single-market of Europe, but that the two countries "might have some differences" on who might lead it.

Cameron has urged fellow European leaders to stand up for reform in the EU by rejecting the candidacy of Jean-Claude Juncker as president of the European Commission.
