A member of Parliament who tweeted that he would have to "punch" a woman in the mouth has reiterated his apology.
Mike Frabricant's original comments on the matter were criticised as being equivocal.
So just for the avoidance of any doubt: I am v sorry for tweet. It was wrong to joke abt punching + I completely withdraw and apologise.
