PM: Now's not the time to question England tactics

David Cameron has urged critics of the England team to put their complaints to one side and "rally behind" Roy Hodgson's team as they try to stay in the World Cup.

The Prime Minister said the defeat to Uruguay was "disappointing" but that "now is not the time to question the team or the tactics"
