Harry Redknapp has refused Steven Gerrard's demand to name and shame the ex-Tottenham stars the Premier League boss claims skipped England duty. He said: "I don't want to get into naming names because it wouldn't be fair to the players."

Luis Suarez: 'People in England laughed - what do they think now?'

Uruguay and Liverpool striker as apparently stoked further controversy by saying that "people in England laughed about my attitude" and asked "what they think now?"

Suarez also posted a video on YouTube saying in Spanish that he "appreciates all the support from Uruguay after the game".

According to ITV Sport he said: "It was one of the best games I've played.

"It's an amazing moment for me.

"Maybe a few days ago I thought this wouldn't be possible.

"Before the game too many people in England laughed about my attitude over the last few years.

"This is a very good time for me. I want to see what they think now."
