Andy Murray has launched the campaign to defend his Wimbledon title with a straightforward win over Belgium's David Goffin in front of a packed Centre Court.

Murray's opening match proved to be the perfect way to calm the butterflies for Murray and his fans alike as the third seed wrapped up a 6-1 6-4 7-5 victory in two hours and two minutes, the crowd erupting in a standing ovation.
