Luis Suarez: 'These things happen on the pitch'

Uruguay and Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has already laid out his defence of his actions telling his nation's media that "these things happen".

Following the match, he told Canal 10: "These things happen on the pitch. We were both in the area. He elbowed my eye. Look how bad it looks. These things happen."
