The blogger who filmed a thug biting off the ear of an England fan said the attack was 'disgraceful' and did not represent what following the national team was all about.
Video blogger Billy Grant told ITV News: "All the England fans said that's absolutely disgraceful. This is my eleventh tournament. I've been everywhere with England and I've never seen anything like that."
