Chilean striker gets tattoo of missed shot against Brazil

Chilean striker Mauricio Pinilla now has a permanent reminder of his 119th minute shot which hit the crossbar in the final seconds of his team's World Cup match against Brazil.

Instead of trying to forget how close he came to scoring the last minute winner - which would have knocked Brazil out of the tournament - the footballer has had the moment inked on his back.

The tattoo shows the moment Phinilla's shot hit the crossbar with the words "One centimetre from glory" written below.

The 1-1 game was decided by penalties, with Brazil winning 3-1 in the shoot-out.
