The son of the late MP Geoffrey Dickens, who approached the Government in the 1980s with claims that a paedophile network was operating within Westminster, has told ITV News that their family home was burgled on two occasions shortly after his father submitted the potentially explosive dossier.
On both occasions, nothing was taken, Barry Dickens explained.
He said that it was "strange" that someone would go to such effort to twice enter the property without actually stealing anything.
The MP who raised the claims that a paedophile ring operated in Westminster during the 1980s said new allegations have now come to light.
