The Rolf Harris trial has been told that there were four outstanding charges of making indecent images which were severed or separated from his trial for indecent assault.
The images were found on Harris's computer when his home was searched.
His lawyer argued that they had got there by a mistake and were not deliberately downloaded.
The prosecution has now announced that in the light of the 12 guilty verdicts these outstanding charges of making indecent images of young girls will be dropped.
We can therefore report them for the first time.
Rolf Harris has been sentenced to five years and nine months in prison for indecently assaulting four girls over a near 20-year period.
