US pilot treats his delayed passengers with pizza

A US pilot treated his passengers to pizza when storms delayed their flight by a couple of hours.

The Frontier Airlines plane was heading from Washington DC to Denver, when it was diverted to Cheyenne, Wyoming, KUSA-TV reports.

The pilot called a pizza place late on Monday night saying he needed to feed 160 people - fast. About 35 pizzas arrived shortly before the flight took off on its next leg.
