'Life goes on' for Tel Aviv residents despite air raids

Residents in Tel Aviv appeared to be relaxed and continued their daily activities, despite air raid sirens going off in the city the previous day, following warnings from Hamas that they would target the area with rockets.

One Tel Aviv resident, who did not give her name, said she decided to take the children out for a walk, after they had been stuck in the house for the last three days and got fed up.

Another resident, Ruthy Ron, believes the quality of life in that part of Israel is "quite comfortable" compared to the one in the southern part of the country.
