Hammond's tribute to Hague before replacing him

The man who has replaced William Hague as Foreign Secretary has told ITV News the Cabinet are "all very sorry to see him go".

Shortly before being confirmed in his new post, Philip Hammond said his Cabinet colleague had done a "fantastic job" and been a "vitally important part of the Government".

Mr Hague will remain in Cabinet before standing down as an MP next year.
