Passenger list to be released once families are informed

Malaysia Airlines says it will release the full passenger list of flight MH17 once all the families of the victims have been informed.

Some 298 people were on board the aircraft when it was apparently shot down in eastern Ukraine, with three infants believe to be among those killed.

We are in the process of notifying #MH17 next-of-kin. Once all have been notified, the passenger's manifest will be released.

Investigators to examine second black box from MH17

Air investigators are to examine a second black box which was recovered from flight MH17 today. The data could reveal if the pilots were aware of a missile coming towards the plane and what happened in the last few seconds of the flight if they were able to speak.
