Video shows 'tunnels leading to Israel destroyed'

Footage released by Israeli Defence Forces showed Israeli soldiers destroying what it claimed were two tunnels used by Palestinian militants to get into Israel.

In the footage Israeli soldiers appear to place explosives into the entrance of one tunnel before they blow it up. The entrance to what seems to be another tunnel is shown inside a building.

ITV News cannot independently verify the content of the video:

At least 10 Palestinian militants were killed in the attack, an Israeli military spokeswoman claimed.
