With only one day to go before the opening ceremony of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, hundreds welcomed the Queen's baton as it arrived in Glasgow today.
After a 288 day tour of the Commonwealth, the baton finally arrived in the host city with many enjoying the atmosphere and festivities.

Pop princess Kylie stole the show as she closed what has been dubbed the 'best ever' Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
The Jamaican sprinter said the only negative at the Commonwealth Games was the weather, as he hailed the "brilliant" event in Glasgow.
